Summary

  • shields.io permanently removed VS Code Marketplace badge support (badges/shields#11796, PR #11792)
  • Removed the broken visual-studio-marketplace/v/ badge from all 28 README files
  • Added ?label=version to existing Open VSX badge URLs so the label reads "version" instead of "open vsx"
  • Bumped version to 0.19.1

Test plan

  • Verify badge renders correctly on GitHub README (shows "version | v0.19.1")
  • Verify badge links still point to Open VSX extension page
  • Spot-check a few i18n READMEs for correct replacement
